Anyone know where we are supposed to raise queries about the business rules these days? As they are now published on Primary Care Commissioning, I assume that we should raise queries through them, but am having trouble finding how to, without our 'subscription details'?

Anyone have any contacts for discussing business rules issues?

Btw, our issue is around SH03 and the fact that it does not take into account if the EHC was prescribed before the patient registered with the practice, and therefore the practice have no ability to achieve if no LARC advice given by previous practice. The standard 'registered <3m' exception does not help with this one, as you have to offer LARC advice within 1m of EHC. Was wanting to discuss this with Business Rules people.
